To ensure availability and the highest quality service, all events with Grace’s Crêpes and Coffee must be reserved in advance.

Reservations are confirmed once a signed agreement (if applicable) and any required deposit are received. Event dates are not guaranteed until confirmation is complete.

Final event details—including menu selections, guest count, event timing, and location—must be finalized prior to the event date. Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement. If cancellation occurs within a specified timeframe prior to the event, additional charges may apply.

Grace’s Crêpes and Coffee reserves the right to decline or reschedule service due to unforeseen circumstances, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
